Ilina Mihaylova
Ilina Mihaylova is an established Bulgarian opera singer (soprano), known for her rich lyrical voice and international career. She is a leading soloist of the State Opera - Varna and regularly appears on various opera stages in Bulgaria and abroad. [1, 2, 3]: She was born in the city of Varna, starting to play the piano at the age of 4. She graduated from the National School of Arts "Dobri Hristov" in her hometown with a double profile - piano and opera singing in the classes of Galina Dimitrova and Maria Koroveshova. She continued her studies at the National Academy of Music "Pancho Vladigerov" in Sofia, where she studied opera singing with Prof. Blagovesta Karnobatlova-Dobreva.
She graduated from the prestigious Conservatory "Giuseppe Verdi" in Milan under the guidance of Vilma Borelli
Ilina Mihaylova is recognized as one of the favorite students of the world tenor José Carreras. She had the honor of singing alongside him during his farewell concerts in cities such as Sofia and Athens. The singer developed a strong career in Spain and Italy. She performed leading roles on stages in Milan, Venice, Naples, Madrid, Valencia, Vienna, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Seattle, and Tokyo.
Her repertoire includes iconic soprano roles, including Violetta Valeri in Giuseppe Verdi's "La Traviata", Musetta in "La Bohème," and other leading lyrical roles.
