Valeri Turmanov baritone

After graduating from the NMA "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov ”- Sofia, continues his education with a specialization in classical singing and acting at the“ Accademia Teatro alla Scala ”in Italy. He made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan as Martino in Rossini's L'occasione fa il ladro. Next up is Holly in L'taliana il Algeri, again by Rossini. He has participated in festivals in the cities of Como and Martina Franca, Italy, toured at the Teatro dell’Opera, Rome, and Theater Erfurt in Erfurt, Germany, and visited Tokyo, Japan with Teatro alla Scala. Valeri Turmanov is the winner of the First Prize of the International Competition for Performance of German and Austrian Music "Magic" and the Second Prize of the XX National Competition for Singers and Instrumentalists - Provadia. He won a scholarship "Gallery of Young Bulgarian Talents" in 2008. He specializes in the master classes of Mirela Freni, Luciana Serra, Renato Bruzon and Luigi Alva in Milan, Italy, as well as in the third academic master class of Anna Tomova-Sintov in Sofia.
