17 december 2022 "Christmas Triee At the Opera" Delighted Hundreds Of Children

Christmas morning CHRISTMAS TREE  AT THE OPERA today brought unadulterated joy to hundreds of children and their parents and relatives in the festively decorated hall of the Burgas State Opera.

The artists from the Burgas Opera presented a surprise with a wonderful collective performance, uniting in a single idea the most instructive moments from children's productions.

On stage appeared - in a logical sequence, the three pink little piggies Piff, Puff, Puff - from the musical of the same name by Alexander Raichev and directed by Assoc. Dr. Alexander Tekeliev, the two miscreants Max and Moritz, and the Narrator - from the children's opera by Alexander Iosifov "Max and Moritz", direction - Assoc. Alexander Tekeliev, Pinocchio, Papa Carlo and the Blue Fairy - from "Pinocchio" with music by Alexander Iosifov, direction, scenography, and costumes - Denis Ivanov, as well as the Snowflakes from the ballet "The Nutcracker" from PI Tchaikovsky, direction and choreography - Prof. Hikmet Mehmedov.

All the fairy-tale characters together were looking for Santa's magic sack of gifts lost in the forest. In this way, they entertained the children and at the same time - presented the most characteristic of each of the children's performances of the Burgas Opera, thus making them want to come back again.

The concept of Lina Peeva Lina Peeva, Petar Tiholov, Petar Tiholov, and Marina Zmeeva-Markova Marina Zmeeva-Markova, whose idea and direction the festive "Christmas Tree at the Opera" was created, was successful and sustained aesthetically and meaningfully.

The "Snowflakes" - ballerinas from the troupe of the Burgas Opera - took part in the fabulous extravaganza - with an important mission.

The attention and smiles of the large audience were guaranteed.
A beautiful addition to the general vision was the appropriately selected frames of the multimedia - projected on a large screen.
And the holiday happened - again!

And after the fairy tale part, the most expected moment followed - Santa Claus arrived on the stage, the lost sack of gifts for all the children was found by the good heroes and each child went on the stage, festively decorated with a big Christmas tree, to receive their gift.

The bouquet of smiles - from both children and adults, was the best Christmas gift for all the organizers of the event, which is a wonderful tradition for the Burgas Opera. And it will continue to be!
