11 august 2025 "French Kiss" Delighted the Audience in Pomorie

This evening, the newest project of the Burgas State Opera - "French Kiss" - a concert story about the charms of Paris and the nuances of love, created by maestro Stratsimir Pavlov, conductor, pianist, author of the script and arrangements, continued its stage life in Pomorie.
After the enthusiasm of the audience at the "Days of the Classics" festival in Balchik, where the premiere of the concert took place, and the memorable event with a large audience that did not allow the performers to leave the open stage on St. Anastasia Island and called them three times for an encore, this evening the square of the "Prosveta - 1888" Public Community Center - the city of Pomorie was filled with an audience in the widest age range - from children to people of respectable age.
The charming spirit of France, the romantic mysteries of Paris, the charm of Montmartre, the magnetism of the Champs Elysées, the glimmering waters of the Seine and the passage under its bridges - symbolically - as a journey to the most tender part of ourselves, the stifled sighs of lovers, simultaneously striving towards each other and moving away - as in the "dance of love" - as spirit, messages, presence, were conveyed by the wonderful soloists, completely immersed in the atmosphere of the French spirit and incomparable finesse: sopranos Maria Tsvetkova-Madzharova and Nona Krastnikova and tenors Yani Nikolov Yani Nikolov Milen Dinolov.
The overall picture of the musical and stage story, conveyed through an exquisite text presented by the host Petar Tiholov and the soloists themselves, beautiful music presented - with taste, a sense of French culture, mood and emotional range, by the musicians of the Burgas Opera Orchestra - with concertmaster Hristo Belchev, the elegant drawing of the bodies - of the two soloists of the ballet: Laya Ramon, who is French, and Kirik Filipov, who brilliantly presented the stage etudes choreographed by Maria Zmeeva-Markova, all were in the key of the intoxicating wine of love...
Admiration for the conductor, the soloists, the musicians, and the ballet artists!
The numerous international audience reacted with wildly expressed emotions of approval to each of the performances and, of course, deserved an encore - the famous chanson "Champs Elysées", performed by all the soloists.
In the skillfully selected - with taste and flair for the French worldview and the attitudes of the audience, the program sounded:
