10 november 2022 "Little Red Riding Hood" Will Delight Children And Adults Again

On Saturday, November 12, at 11 a.m. in the hall of the State Opera - Burgas, the youngest friends of the musical and performing arts, accompanied by their parents or relatives, to whom one of the most popular children's fairy tales - "Little Red Riding Hood", has also been a favorite, get ready for thrilling experiences with the enchanting spectacle with stunning visuals based on Charles Perrault's fairytale story. On October 29, the premiere performance of the new ballet production for children - adaptation, choreography, and direction - by Maria Tabakova, was a great success, with a full house and an enthusiastic audience. The assistant directors of the production are Lina Peeva and Petar Tiholov, the costume designer is Natalie Markova, and multimedia is the work of Krasimir Marchev. The entire team of specialists from the technical services has prepared a show at the highest visual level. The sets of "Little Red Riding Hood" are extremely attractive - in the form of 3D mapping, costumes and props have modernized elements and bring pleasant playful surprises. All who are directly or indirectly involved in the adventure are charged with mood and creative energy and are preparing for the long stage life of the newest children's production of the Burgas Opera. The well-known fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood, the Wolf, the Grandmother, and the Huntsman is told in an innovative way and contains the obligatory lesson for every fairy tale. In the plot of the premiere ballet performance, there are intertwined humorous elements, combined with the dynamics of the action and alternating beautiful musical motifs, guaranteeing excitement and aesthetic pleasure. The roles on Saturday will be Little Red Riding Hood - Daniela Turtumanova-Stoyanova, Wolf - Daniel Tichkov, Hunter - Kiril Filipov, Mother - Emona Georgieva, Grandmother - Maria Gabarova, Narrator - Branimir Nedkov. The show also features Iva Kavrkova, Patricia Soares, Ilina Konstantinova, and Kalina Nedelcheva. This is what Maria Tabakova, who, in addition to being a director, is also the chairman of the Tourism Commission in the Municipal Council of Burgas, says about the production: "The popular fairy tale comes to life on the stage of the State Opera - Burgas in the form of a ballet performance. The production is an interesting proposal, both for both young and older audiences. It is a great pleasure for me to have the opportunity to perform this production precisely on the stage of the Burgas Opera House. The team I work with is very adaptable to new things. My work with the artists goes quite smoothly and consecutively. I am grateful for the invitation I received from Mr. Alexander Tekeliev! What is different about this ballet performance is that there is a narrator "Charles Perrault" - Branimir Nedkov will be reincarnated in him. The storyline will follow the original fairy tale. There will be many humorous moments in this ballet, which I hope will entertain the little audience. I have tried to add a light educational character to the production. So that for every child to learn a lesson - "Good must always win". The innovative thing in the show is the sets, which are completely replaced with multimedia. This immerses the viewer in a truly fairytale environment. The musical arrangement includes fragments of works by Gershwin, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, Grieg, Khachaturian, and children's cartoons, which I think will convey additional goodness and excitement to emphasize the beauty of the tale." The new children's production of the State Opera - Burgas is set to become a hit - don't miss the performance on Saturday, November 12th!
