04 august 2020 The Children's Favorites Max&Moritz Invite Them Today

State Opera - Burgas has prepared a special artistic and musical gift for its youngest audience - "Max and Moritz" - an opera for children by Alexander Yosifov, on August 4, Tuesday, from 20.00, at the Summer Theater. The director of the entertaining and super-dynamic children's show is Alexander Tekeliev, the conductor-producer is Tsanislav Petkov. The scenography is by Ivan Tokadjiev, the costumes - by Anna-Maria Tokadjieva. The various dances in which the ballet ensemble of the Burgas Opera participates are the work of Galina Kalcheva. The assistant directors of the production are Lina Peeva and Petar Tiholov.
The performance is another event of the Burgas Musical Festival "Emil Chakarov" and the second of the program "Children's Summer", after "Pinocchio", also an opera for children by Alexander Yosifov, which was presented on July 20 at the Summer Theater. On August 12, 2020, the composer Alexander Yosifov would have turned 80 years old. Through the favorite works of the children's audience, he continues to symbolically live and convey his messages.
In the roles the Burgas children and their companions will see: Stefka Hristozova -  Max, Vessela Apostolova - Moritz, Branimir Nedkov - in the image of the Writer Bush, Aunt Greta - Lina Peeva, Yani Nikolov - in the role of the Musician, Master Böck - Peter Tiholov, Diman Panchev - The Baker, Miroslav Dimitrov - The Artist.
And we, the adults, will also be charged with a mood shared with the most sincere and grateful audience - the children. We also need similar stories - for young, old, even older, and for those who have forgotten that they were children ... For the audience are guaranteed fun events, lots of laughter, mischievous deeds of the iconic vagabonds Max and Moritz, who bring confusion and invent original whites wherever they appear, and an instructive ending, of course, but not like in Wilhelm Bush's children's book, where the characters are punished much more severely ... In Alexander's children's music show Yosifov's whites get what they deserve, and in the end, everyone is happy.
The staging of "Max and Moritz" on the Burgas stage always creates a great emotion. And the children's eyes in the hall are always shining and grateful.
After the finale, they always line up to take pictures on stage with their favorite characters and the creators of the wonderful show, created to give them joy!
The other performances included in "Children's Summer" are: "Alice in Wonderland", a musical for children by Alexander Yosifov - on August 17, from 10.30 am and "The Four Twins", a musical comedy by Georgi Kostov - also on On August 17, at 7.30 pm, both productions are on the stage of the Summer Theater.
