21 march 2023 "Morricone - Cinema In Notes" With Great Success In Smolyan

Last night, March 21, on the stage of the Rhodope Drama Theater "Nikolay Haitov", the Burgas Opera presented itself successfully with a second musical event - after the children's performance "Patilantsi".
A large audience warmly welcomed the concert show "Morricone - cinema in notes", in which once again the orchestra of the State Opera - Burgas, with concertmaster Hristo Belchev and soloist - soprano Maria Tsvetkova-Madjarova, showed a high professional level.
And all the unique emotion was born and felt under the baton of maestro Levon Manukyan Conductor, who is the author of the orchestrations.
The idea and multimedia of the project, which is successfully presented on stages in various cities in Bulgaria, is Julia Manukian.
"It turned out to be a wonderful concert. With the professionalism of the orchestra and the artistry of Maria Tsvetkova-Madjarova, we managed to captivate the Smolyan audience," said Diana Berkacheva, organizer of the Burgas State Opera, after the exciting concert.
The musical themes from the films "The Hateful Eight", "The Sicilian Clan", "The Untouchables", "Malena", "The Mission", "Al Capone", "Cinema Paradiso", "Once Upon a Time in the West", "Octopus", " Once Upon a Time in America", "Caliph", "The Professional" and others.
The audience relives emotional moments with selected frames from old films that will remain forever in the "Golden Book" of cinematography.
