06 october 2025 Over 400 Children Applauded "Pinocchio" in the Opera House

On the rainy autumn morning of October 6, the hall of the Burgas State Opera was cozy and warm, and the mood was uplifted with the magnificent musical spectacle "Pinocchio".
Over 400 children from the Burgas kindergartens "Delfin", "Zvzeditsa-Zornitsa", DG "Proletna Daga" - village of Marinka, and SU "Hristo Botev" - district "Cherno More", were an emotional audience of the opera for children to the wonderful music of Alexander Yosifov and the masterful direction and scenography of Denis Ivanov.
The children followed with excitement the story that everyone knows, but on the stage of the Burgas Opera it was presented in a different reading - equally impactful and containing the obligatory dose of lesson for adolescents - about the power of the given word, about upholding it, about the importance of true friendship, the false traps set by hypocritical robbers, about the revitalizing power of love and trust.
The artists, who performed their roles with visible pleasure, were completely dedicated to the children's audience and gifted them with unforgettable moments of contact with real art - professionally presented and saturated with emotion.
Bravo to everyone in the hall today - both the performers and the audience, which is the most spontaneous and is the most accurate barometer for the quality and success of a performance - the children's!
After the long applause, the children wanted to take pictures with the artists, who had transformed into their favorite fairy-tale characters.
