The first musical performance of the State Opera - Burgas on Fr. "St. Anastasia", included in the "Party on the Island" program 2023, is a concert performance that united the refined beauty of musicals, jazz, tango, and other popular genres - on July 14 at 21.00 on the picturesque open stage by the seashore of the only inhabited island along the Black Sea. And the upcoming concert is no exception - due to the great interest, an additional ship is being released today, which will depart from Warehouse 1 of the Maritime Station - Burgas at 7 p.m., in addition to the planned departure at 8 p.m.

The well-known singers Edelina Kaneva and Orlin Pavlov, beloved by the public, have been soloists on various successful projects of the Burgas Opera. The star soloists will sing again on Friday's island evening with the orchestra of the State Opera - Burgas, under the direction of Levon Manukyan, together with Ivo Dukov - piano and Dimitar Zhelev - drums, they will sing in the tonality of summer the stylishly selected songs of the concert performance "Don't go away, summer…”

In the open scene of Fr. St. Anastasia, a top tourist destination visited by tens of thousands of people every year, will feature music from Gershwin, and Frank Sinatra, beloved songs from the iconic film "Brilliant," in the natural setting of the coast, beckoning with its romantic exoticism, as well as Piazzolla's temperamental tangos. The concert performance "Don't go away, summer..." is the idea of Yulia Manukyan, her concept is also multimedia, complementing the overall vision of the musical gem. The orchestrations, as well as the traditional artistic presence behind the conductor's desk, are a trademark of maestro Levon Manukyan.
