21 november 2019 The Audience Got to Their Feet the Artists Of the Burgas Opera Remarkable performance of Edelina Kaneva and Marcho Apostolov, soloists

Tuesday evening, November 19th was a memorable one for the artists of the State Opera - Burgas! On the stage of the "Ivan Vazov" National Theater, the musical "Kiss Me, Kate!", Which is already shaping its mature appearance, presented in its full splendor - both artistically and emotionally.
The stage fever had covered - like an energy arc, all "involved" in a single cause that united the spirit of hundreds of artists. But the finale was more than successful!
The performance was honored by a group of 18 fans from Burgas - deputies, deputy ministers, and other important positions, MPs, on the initiative of dep. - Diana Savateva, Chair of the Committee on Culture at the National Assembly, MP, journalist, poet, and friend of the State Opera - Burgas. Official guests included representatives of the Presidency, the Ministry of Culture, public figures, intellectuals.
After the performance, Diana Savateva, impressed by the success of the artists of the Burgas Opera and, with her characteristic emotionality, stated that the capital's stage goes and that they were natural and liberated, without the routine, which leads to satiety and lack of spontaneity. On behalf of the team of State Opera - Burgas - thank you very much! And for the flowers presented at the finale of a successful show, and for the attention and attitude to art!
The reactions of people from the audience were also authentic, who, I hope, will retain their smiles, born of the show, even after the shared emotion from it. The concise comment of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alexander Tekeliev, director of the State Opera - Burgas and director of "Kiss Me, Kate!", Which is usually super-punctual and self-critical: "Get it!"

The play is played for the fourth time - the memorable premiere was on the stage of the Summer Theater in Burgas, on September 4, 2011. The second premiere followed, with the other soloist - Shmilena Sultanova / in the role of Lily Vanessi / Katerina /, Nona Krastnikova / such as Lois Lane / Bianca, Vladimir Spasov / Harry Trevor / Baptista, Darina Zapryanova / Hetty / and Yani Nikolov / Second Gangster /, which also took place at the Opera Hall on October 16th. There followed a visit to Gorna Oryahovitsa, where the composition of the Burgas Opera has already added to the spectacle more depth, the richness of nuances, and stage dynamics. Performance is coming up at the Boris Hristov House of Culture in Plovdiv - on November 25th.
The cumulative charge, which was born and upgraded by the creators of the musical, has been deployed entirely on the capital's stage, which turned out to be the measure of our artists. The overall appearance of the spectacle was combined by the direction of Alexander Tekeliev - with an avant-garde taste, but adhering to the parameters of the classic musical, the original set design with an intelligent look - by Denis Ivanov, who also created the elegant costumes, the stylish choreography.
Admiralty deserved all who combined and complemented their creative charge in meeting the challenge of the State Opera - Burgas to be met with dignity and sent to the stage of the most reputable Bulgarian theater. The acclaimed standing ovations - from an understanding audience that responded adequately and emotionally to the backstage and director's teases, embodied in catchy remarks, were for soloists, orchestra, people, and ballet of the State Opera - Burgas, assistant directors Peter Tiholov and Lina Peeva of the choir Nevena Mihaylova and, of course, for maestro Tsanislav Petkov, who had the honor and privilege of standing behind the conductor desk of the National Theater only at the age of 29.
The soloists of the National Music Theater Edelina Kaneva and Marcho Apostolov, as well as the artists-soloists of the Burgas Opera - Maria Tsvetkova-Madzharova, Branimir Nedkov, Delyan Slavov, Diman Panchev, Miroslav Dimitrov, Lina Peeva, Petar Tiholov, Jordan Hristolozov, Miroslav Dimitrov, Liubomir Todorov, Alexander Perperiev, Valyu Totev were not only brilliant - in performance but also influential and engaging with their emotional interpretation of Cole Porter's beautiful musical score.

The contribution of the technical services specialists who had prepared the stage and the hall for the exciting event from the previous day (November 18th) should not be overlooked. During the performance itself, the sound and visual effects that complement the ideological-aesthetic perception of the musical were present.
And the director's theater-to-theater, which conceals risks and "underwhelming stones" in the overall plot line-up, has been talentedly transformed into a super-fun amalgam of mood, a unique atmosphere, a genuine laugh and a nostalgic touch of endearment. every fairy tale.
On stage and / or in life ...
