23 september 2022 The Director of The Philharmonic In Pavlodar Visited The Opera

Mr. Amangeldi Kozhanov, director of the "Isa Baizakov" Regional Philharmonic Society in the Kazakh city of Pavlodar, twinned with our city, visited the Burgas State Opera.
At the meeting, the guest from Kazakhstan was familiarized with both the multifunctional building of the Opera House and the organization and specifics of the creative process.
In addition to the guest from Kazakhstan, the meeting was attended by representatives of the administrative and technical team of the Burgas Opera, the conductor of the Representative Wind Orchestra of the Municipality of Burgas, Anastas Kamilarov, as well as Simeon Kanev from OP "Tourism" of the Municipality.
At a ceremony on September 22, the Mayor of Burgas Municipality Dimitar Nikolov and his colleague from Pavlodar Asain Baikhanov signed a memorandum of twinning between the two cities.
The two countries agreed on cooperation in the fields of economy, culture and tourism. The visit to the Burgas Opera was part of the meetings of the delegation from the Asian side with representatives of business and culture in Burgas.
