27 july 2020 Exciting "Argentine Tango" On The Island "St. Anastasia"

On Friday night, St. Anastasia Island was captivated by the passionate emotion of Argentine tango. In the first of a series of concerts, united in the program of the State Opera - Burgas "Party on the Island", emblematic tangos by Astor Piazzolla, Carlos Gardel, Jacob Gade, Julio Sanders, and Pedro Pinha sounded. On the picturesque island, stage sounded some of the most beloved melodies and rhythms of tango, which have become a symbol of tearing emotions, embodied in this extremely influential musical and aesthetic style, acquired dimensions of philosophy and way of thinking and culture of worldview. In addition to Argentine tango, the program included musical themes from the Beatles, which have long become a classic in pop culture, as well as works from other musical projects by conductor Svilen Simeonov, who, as always, was eagerly emotional, able to unite energy. of music, combined with dance, word, combined in a unique mood, bearing his original handwriting. The soloist was the young talented violonist Rakitsa Petkova. 

The aesthetic accent in the concert performance was the participation of a couple of ballet dancers from the artistic staff of the State Opera - Burgas, who presented the choreographic solutions of Galina Kalcheva, and was stylish, beautiful, fully synchronized body movements in the philosophical aesthetics of South American dance. Couples from the audience also rushed to the general emotional wave and joined the dances, fully proving the validity of the name of the program of the Burgas Opera, prepared for Fr. "St. Anastasia" - "Party on the island".
