The spring weather today, so long-awaited and bringing positive feelings, was in sync with the high spirits at the Burgas Opera.
After a four-year absence from the bill, Cinderella's fairytale ballet based on Charles Perrault's music, music by Sergei Prokofiev, directed and choreographed by Prof. Hikmet Mehmedov, has returned triumphantly to the stage of the seaside cultural institute.
The fairy tale was told excitingly, professionally, with original handwriting and the necessary brilliance for every class event tonight at the State Opera Burgas.
Those present in the hall were immersed in the atmosphere of the stunning scenography of Boris Stoynov - the episodes alternated as lively scenes of paintings, with changing frames - as an analog of framed in different moods and circumstances life reality, embodied in wonderful fairy tales.

The artistic composition of the revived production was almost entirely new, with most of the ballet dancers debuting in roles with originality, slightly away from the classical choreographic style, as well as gushing expressiveness. Daniela Turtumanova made a strong debut in the role of Cinderella - the girl with a difficult destiny, whose good heart leads her to a life she did not even want in her dreams. She was exquisite as a statuette, stable, precise and radiating fragility and at the same time inner strength. The Prime Minister-ballet dancer Emil Yordanov had a traditionally magnificent performance with the role of the Prince. Beautiful, stylish and respectful was Anelia Ivanova in the role of the Fairy, the good concubine who rewards Cinderella for her human gesture towards her when she is disguised as a beggar. Emona Georgieva made her debut in the image of Cinderella's sister - a real artistic fury and a filigree technically sound stage performance. The other sister was performed by the well-known to the Burgas audience Natalie Ivanova, who also debuted tonight in the role and presented the characteristic grotesque image with artistry, flair, taste, mood and stability. In the image of the Stepmother was Elena Georgieva / also a debut / - colorful, emotional, with a fresh sense of humor, expressed through body language. In the role of the Dance Teacher, also his debut for him, was the soloist Teodor Tsakov, who presented himself with emotional scope and mood. Daniel Tichkov, a prime minister-ballet dancer, also made a successful debut in the image of the Tailor - completely impressed by the overall concept and directing techniques. Strong artistic presence, woven into the overall picture of the beautiful ballet performance, were all the soloists, artists from the ensemble and the alumni of the ballet classes of NUMSI "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" - Burgas. Svetlana Nikolov was Cinderella's father, Yana Berduta and Iva Ovcharova played the roles of the Tailors. In the images of the prince's friends were: Teodor Tsakov, Daniel Tichkov, Stefan Tipikov and Kiril Filipov. Yana Berduta, Iva Ovcharova, Ivana Fialkovska, Sabina Koseva, Teodor Tsakov, Daniel Tichkov, Stefan Tipikov took part in the whirlwind, impressive in scale, dynamics and synchrony Waltz-Mazurka.
