Events combining screenings with a live music orchestra are becoming popular in the world's cultural community. Here is what the violinist Chavdar Valkov says in an interview for BNR - Burgas on the occasion of the upcoming concert tomorrow:

"The Violin in Cinema concert has a 10-year anniversary, with our colleagues from the Burgas Opera we have performed over 10 concerts over the years in various Bulgarian cities. The violin is like a collecting tool, through which almost all film themes pass. In many of the films, the violin in the soundtrack is leading - for example, the iconic theme from the "Schindler's List" by John Williams, "Ladies in Purple" and others. The violin can recreate the emotions that happen on the screen - from the lyrical beginning to the bravura end. The viewer can feel the mood swings. The program of the concert is rich - there are twenty plays that we will perform with the orchestra of the Burgas Opera - from "Red Violin", through "Gladiator", "Angels and Demons", the famous arrangement by John Williams from the movie "Feeling for a Woman", to " Skyfall ”- which is included in the program for the first time and has a great timbre melody. We have prepared the theme from the "Pink Panther" for the children, there is something for everyone and I am sure that there will be an unforgettable evening outdoors under the stars at the Summer Theater in Burgas. "
