Kabaivanska received from the mayor another personal and exciting gift - a copy of the archives of the Municipality of her birth certificate.
Here is what Raina Kabaivanska said to the media at the time: "My struggle is to keep the heritage we have in the field of music and art. We have students from 21 countries, but what makes me happy is that big names have already emerged from the master class. they say they are fellows of the Raina Kabaivanska Foundation. This year we have three Bulgarian women in the master class, which you will hear tonight, and the program includes works by Donizetti, Verdi, Camille Saint-Saens, Puccini, Tchaikovsky, and Bizet. "

"I do not love this world. This world of the market, of bargaining, of the vulgar and the vulgar. Man no longer seems to need sublime things. And it is so natural to have a desire for beauty. Now we have nice clothes, nice homes, etc., and we have no desire for spiritual food. ”, Is the sad finding of the great opera prima, years ago, but it is so relevant today, when values are rethought, priorities are changed. rearrange and arise the urgent need for spiritual elevation, which is encoded the true meaning of human existence…
