12 march 2024 Glitz And Glamor With Wiener Blut On Tuesday
The twelfth day of the capricious women's month of March was not particularly favorable - like the weather, but compensating for the cold and rain outside, the hall of the Burgas Opera House was completely warmed by a wonderful mood, colorful emotions, a wonderful vital atmosphere and a magnificent combination of classy singers, brilliant scenography, sumptuous costumes, whirling rhythm of the waltz - in short - Viennese spirit in its full splendor with the operetta by Johann Strauss-son "Viennese blood"!
Under the baton of maestro Deyan Pavlov, the whole performance passed imperceptibly - as a time expression, although it lasted almost three hours since at every moment it was filled with content, filled with emotion, and professionally sustained - from every point of view.
Admirations - for the indisputable success of the debutantes - Nona Krastnikova and Yani Nikolov - in the roles of the Countess and Count Tsedlau, and for the wonderful performance of all the soloists: Maria Tsvetkova-Madjarova, Yordan Hristozov, Shmilena Sultanova, Branimir Nedkov, Petar Tikholov, Kalina Popova - also a strong debut, Alexander Perperiev, choir - with conductor Alexander Chepanov, and ballet - choreographed by Galina Kalcheva and with tutor Marina Zmeeva-Markova!
All together merged into the beautiful spectrum of colors and beautiful music, creating a feast for the senses!
At the end of the performance in front of a full hall, a basket with flowers was presented on behalf of the Mayor of Burgas Municipality - Mr. Dimitar Nikolov.
