29 october 2022 A Full House At The Premiere of "Little Red Riding Hood"

THE RED HOOD / PREMIERE today in the hall of the Burgas State Opera!
A wonderful premiere, with a full hall of delighted children and parents, spirited artists, a wonderful festive atmosphere!
Maria Tabakova, author of the ballet adaptation, choreography and direction of the premiere performance, deserved admiration for the assistant directors - Lina Peeva Lina Peeva and Petar Tiholov, as well as the specialists from the technical services who presented to the numerous emotional audience staging at the highest aesthetic-visual level.
Costume designer is Natalie Markova Natalie Markova, multimedia revealing wonderful landscapes and interior solutions - Krasimir Marchev.
The sets of the new ballet performance are fabulous, the costumes and props bring a pleasant tease.
The well-known story of the Little Red Riding Hood, the Wolf, the Grandmother, the Huntsman was told on the stage of the Burgas Opera in an original, entertaining way, but also containing the desired lesson for every fairy tale. The plot of the premiere ballet performance contains humorous elements combined with the dynamics of the action and alternating beautiful musical motifs.
In the roles in the premiere performance today, with mood, mastery and visible pleasure, entered: Red Riding Hood - Daniela Turtumanova-Stoyanova, Wolf - Daniel Tichkov, premier ballet dancer, Hunter - Kiril Filipov, Mother - Emona Georgieva, Grandma – Maria Gabarova, Narrator – Branimir Nedkov. The following took part in the ballet extravaganza: Iva Kavrkova Iva Kavrkova, Patrícia Soares, Ilina Konstantinova and Kalina Nedelcheva.
Dora Furtunova takes care of the props, and Kalina Popova takes care of the make-up and wigs of the artists.
At the end of the premiere performance, baskets of flowers were presented on behalf of the mayor of the Municipality of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, from the Ballet School for Princesses, as well as a colorful greeting from the team of the State Opera - Burgas.
Of course, flowers, chocolates, thanks, lots of smiles and pure children's energy were given to all the artists and creators of the show.
