In the summer of 2022, he sang as Riccardo in Giuseppe Verdi's Masked Ball - on the open stage in the Thracian sanctuary of Begliktasht, as well as Radames - in the large-scale performance of Verdi's Aida - on the stage of the Summer Theater, on during the Burgas Music Festival "Emil Chakarov". Maestro Kozhuharov crafts - skilfully, with great dedication and uncompromising professionalism, every detail of the amazing Puccini score, in order to present a complete musical-artistic-aesthetic product - with soul and charge. "Tosca" is directed by Associate Professor Alexander Tekeliev, Ph.D., and the production quests emphasize the deep study of human actions, the reasons that give rise to fateful decisions, as well as the power of our internal choices. The artist of the soloists' costumes is Denis Ivanov - a young versatile artist with original and large-scale author ideas. The conductor of the wonderful choir is Nevena Mihaylova, the concertmaster is Hristo Belchev. The romantic storyline of Tosca is heartbreaking with its tragic denouement. The story is about two lovers - the beautiful, bold, burning with love and passion Floria Tosca and the talented artist Mario Cavaradossi - with a free spirit, but a heart captivated by love. Two people who dared to defy the cruel rules of a harsh world. Their pure love is under the cruel shadow of the powerful villain from whom all of Rome trembles - Baron Scarpia, Chief of Police in the Eternal City. Simultaneously with the stage action and plot logic, the stage effects also alternate – video mapping recreating different stages of the characters' dramatic experiences and the symbolism of suffering, as well as the lighting, which reinforces the emotional resonance caused by the tragic events.
