09 march 2023 Large-scale Аnd Еxciting Symphony Цoncert Оn Thursday

An event of the highest musical-aesthetic sample was created tonight - March 9, in the hall of the Burgas State Opera - under the baton of Lyubomir Denev-son Lyubomir Denev Jr., soloist - the violinist Stoimen Peev.
The successful artistic tandem Lyubomir Denev-sin - Stoimen Peev was a guest on the stage of Burgas in November, last year. A few months after their memorable performance, they were warmly welcomed again by the audience, who appreciated both the selection of the performed works and the high level of interpretation and conducting mastery.
"Divertimento" by Pancho Vladigerov, built on the suite principle with contrasting pieces, was performed in the hall of the Burgas Opera this evening. It was presented by the Opera's orchestra with the sense, mood, taste and finesse necessary for the performance of such types of work, with catchy characters and vital messages.
A highlight of the program was the iconic Concerto for Violin and Orchestra in D major, opus 35 by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
The soloist Stoimen Peev was once again completely immersed in the powerful symbolism of the musical-ideal flow, at the same time focused and open to the audience - to which the incomparable beauty of the melody and the energy charge of the remarkable work flowed.
Not only jeweled passages, held up to all the canons of violin mastery, but also brilliant cadenzas, wonderful fusion with the orchestra, and gushing emotionality, but with measure and understanding of the most characteristic of Tchaikovsky's music were a tangible trademark for the soloist Stoimen Peev this evening.
The concert, sequenced without a break, ended with a remarkable coda - Polovtsian Dances from the opera "Prince Igor" by Alexander Borodin - also a popular and beloved work.
The compositions of the orchestra and choir, under the baton of the precise and focused on the complex conducting task Maestro Deneuve-sin, transported those present to distant historical times, in which both pastoral paintings and large-scale epic scenes are revealed, in which the musical motifs visualize the clatter of horse hooves and reflect the inert power of the masses.
The Concertmaster of the orchestra of the Burgas Opera this evening was Vanya Zlateva, who last year was awarded the most prestigious prize of the Union of Bulgarian Music and Dance Artists - "Crystal Necklace".
The orchestra sounded with exceptional cohesion - in the construction of a phrase, the vivid presentation of musical themes, their overall development and climax.
In the concert program, an important participant in the construction of the homogeneous transmission of messages and emotions was the choir of the State Opera - Burgas with conductor Nevena Mihaylova.
For the soloist and the conductor, there was well-deserved applause and flowers - both from children and from more mature fans of classical music.
The traditional colorful greeting on behalf of the mayor of the Municipality of Burgas - Mr. Dimitar Nikolov, was a festive addition to the stage, where mastery and class were shown by over 100 performers.
