20 august 2019 Maestro Grigor Palikarov with a Music Prize in Burgas

Conductor Grigor Palikarov is the new winner of the Emil Chakarov Award. The statuette will be officially awarded to him on August 21 at 8:30 pm on the stage of the Summer Theater, during the performance of "Mask Ball" by the music of the acclaimed master of opera genre Giuseppe Verdi. The award, named after the world-renowned Bulgarian conductor - maestro Emil Chakarov, was established in 2011 and is traditionally awarded during the Burgas Music Holidays of the same name. The first winner of the prestigious prize is the famous violinist Mincho Minchev.
