After the hot day on Friday, the evening of Fr. "St. Anastasia" provided the visitors with the first musical event of the State Opera - Burgas from the program "Party on the Island" 2021 - the concert "Swing Classic" / "Swing Party" / aesthetic experience with a taste of eternal and beloved musical motifs, good wine, under the rising strawberry moon and the sea breeze.
On the open stage of Fr. "St. Anastasia" sopranos Edelina Kaneva and Nona Krastnikova, pianist Mira Iskarova and the band: Rositsa Toncheva - double bass, Patrick Konov - trumpet, and Kiro Ivanov - drums, presented - with mood, style, and attitude to the nostalgic beauty of jazz and swine, which have become jazz standards:

An atmosphere of a casual - as attitudes and process of happening, typical of a musical evening on the island stage, albeit classy - as a selection of the program and performance, took place last night on Fr. "St. Anastasia", which, thanks to the flexible policy of its curators, in recent years has been one of the preferred open stages for the performances of the Burgas Opera during the summer season.
During the music event, the quality wine from the cellars of "Terra Tangra" was promoted as a complement to the guests of the concert event.
Both the performers, the audience, and the hosts from the Island, were on the wave of the swing on Friday night - as an expression of refined taste for "things of life".
At the end of the evening, with the special participation of Edelina Kaneva, she announced the upcoming music event as part of the Burgas Music Festival "Emil Chakarov", which is one of the examples in jazz music - the musical "Kiss Me, Kate!" to the music of the great American composer "Cole Porter", directed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alexander Tekeliev, scenography and costumes - Denis Ivanov - on July 22 at 20.30 on the stage of the Summer Theater - Burgas, in which the soprano Edelina Kaneva, who is an author of the translation of the musical text, will star the movie star Lily Vanessy / Katerina.
