The soloists of the State Opera - Burgas: Lyudmila Mihailova, Yordan Hristozov, and Diman Panchev created a wonderful concert performance, accompanied by Sergei Sultanov on the piano, in the hall of the People's Community Center "Prosveta - 1888" in Pomorie on June 11.
The concert performance "Chardash, wine, and love" has deliberately combined in its title concepts that refer to life's pleasures.
The musical-scenic project based on the idea of the soloist of the Burgas State Opera Lyudmila Mihailova, aims precisely to be an antidote to inertia, soullessness, and despair. Every one should find a niche for contact with art, which is an essential element of a meaningful and fulfilling existence.
The concert by the soloists from the Burgas State Opera Lyudmila Mihailova - soprano, Yordan Hristozov - baritone, and Diman Panchev - bass is aimed at a wide audience and was received extremely warmly by people of various ages from the beautiful seaside city.
The beautiful musical motifs from famous works by Rossini, Verdi, Puccini, Strauss, Lehar, Kalman, Khrennikov, and Mussorgsky were presented with an emotional charge that electrified the stage of the "Enlightenment - 1888" - Pomorie concert hall and the temperamental dances characteristic of operetta creativity thrilled the audience and charged it with the charming combination of hard ash and love.
On the piano was Sergey Sultanov, who performed successfully in the last concert of the "Soloists of the State Opera - Burgas" series in May.
Lyudmila Mihailova is the winner of the award for Active Creative Activity - Musician of the Year for 2016 of the BNR. She and her stage partners - Yordan Hristozov and Diman Panchev are long-time soloists of the State Opera - Burgas, performing the central repertoire and winners of numerous awards and honors.

Aria of Don Basilio from the opera "The Barber of Seville" by Gioachino Rossini, Aria of Tosca from the opera "Tosca" by Giacomo Puccini, Aria of Tassilo, Duet of Marizza and Zupan and Tercet from the operetta "Countess Marizza" by Imre Kalman, Aria by Silva and Duet by Silva and Edwin, Duet by Bonnie and Stasi and Couplets from the operetta "The Queen of the Chardasha" - also by Kalman, "Song of the Flea" by Modest Mussorgsky, Adela's Aria from the operetta "The Bat" ' by Johann Strauss - son, Danilo's Aria and Anna and Danilo's Duet from the operetta "The Merry Widow" by Franz Lehar, Lauretta's Aria from the opera "Gianni Schicchi" by Giacomo Puccini, "Song of the Drunkard" by Tikhon Khrennikov. The bravura finale of the concert performance will be the famous "Cheers" from the opera "La Traviata" by Giuseppe Verdi and others.
