With a brilliant sense of humor and gushing artistry, the tenor Yani Nikolov will perform - in the image of Bonnie, Silva's fiancé, a favorite of all the ballerinas from the variety show, but whose heart is captive only to Stasi, and the bass Diman Panchev - as the writer Feri Bachi, who changes the ending of his novel depending on the fateful twists in "real life". Dizzy, with a wonderful vocal performance and natural charm, was again Maria Yurkovskaya, mezzo-soprano, in the role of the coquettish Stasi. The other artists will also be wonderful, fresh, filled with artistic energy, and a tangible desire invested in their incarnations on the Opera stage. Tenor Miroslav Dimitrov – who arouses genuine laughter just by appearing on stage – will enter the role of the bartender Mishka, whose famous line: “A good waiter should know everything, and a good husband – nothing”, is iconic. Tenor Milen Dinolov will be in the role of Notary Kish, bass Petar Tiholov – in the comic role of the Prince, who, however, is just and bestows happiness on both couples in love; and Emil Peychev – in the role of the General.
Behind the podium on Friday is again the distinguished conductor, master of the emotional and passion-stirring baton – Ivan Kozhuharov, an honorary citizen of Burgas, who celebrated his 75th anniversary in September 2025. Under his conducting, the musicians of the orchestra, with concertmaster Vanya Zlateva, achieve exceptional organicity of the performance, a strong emotional charge, and manage to convey the musical messages powerfully.
The artists of the choir, with conductor Alexander Chepanov, will create the necessary dense, large-scale sound of the common scenes in which key moments in the plot development occur.
