At the end of the second event of the Burgas Music Festival "Emil Chakarov", flowers were presented on behalf of the Mayor of the Municipality of Burgas - Mr. Dimitar Nikolov, and on behalf of the State Opera - Burgas for the wonderful soloists who created a cultural celebration that evening.
