19 april 2021 "Alice" Smiled Again For Both Children&Adults At The Opera House

On Sunday morning, April 18, the artists of the State Opera - Burgas took the children who attended the musical by Alexander Yosifov "Alice in Wonderland" in a different, colorful, fantasy world. The youngest spectators find themselves in a fairy-tale reality, where a talking cunning rabbit walks, deliberately singing falsely, a red cat with a long mustache, a hatter who still fails to make the necessary amount of hats for the capricious Queen, insidious Queen Cup, benevolent prince, benefactor talking and dancing playing cards and all sorts of other bizarre creatures ...
It turns out that in Wonderland weird questions are asked and even weirder answers are received, funny situations happen - in an unusual but very instructive way. In this unusual world, which is perceived as an entertaining grotesque metaphor of real life, there is a "balloonade" / balloon race /, fine tea with riddles and slices of liquid chocolate. In the wonderful tale, everyone shows their true but meticulously hidden face, a search is made for missing raspberry patties, and, of course, in the end, the nobility wins and everyone is happy.
The fun and spontaneous smiles of the children and their parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles were guaranteed! The actors constantly communicated with the audience, and this successful way of interaction was appreciated with a bouquet of sincere smiles and applause.
The soloists, who once again created an unadulterated mood for the children on the stage of the Burgas Opera, spontaneous, entertaining themselves, breathing life into the wonderful, fun and instructive performance, were: Alice - Vessela Apostolova, Red Cat - Branimir Nedkov, Rabbit - Miroslav Dimitrov , Hatter - Petar Tiholov, Queen of the Cup - Lina Peeva Prince Heart - Milen Dinolov.
The director of the production is Darina Glavanakova-Bakardzhieva, the dances are the work of Galina Kalcheva. The performance, played over 100 times with great success and liked by young, old and even older, was attended by ballet dancers.
