The young prima ballerina of the State Opera - Burgas Ivanina Ivanova made a brilliant debut in one of the most difficult roles in ballet - Odette / Odilia. All the artists on the stage carried an incredible charge, finesse, synchronicity, and exciting messages, revealing the immortal story of the incarnations of love, the enchanted idyll, and an unexpected ending, the apotheosis of the all-conquering power of the brightest feelings. Prof. Mehmedov's production bears the characteristics of an aesthetic product of the highest quality - impressive, large-scale, intelligently presented, with psychological depth, philosophical interpretations, and brilliantly developed creative ideas. The assistant choreographer of the production is Vesa Tonova, the tutor is Galina Kalcheva, the longtime prima ballerina of the Burgas Opera, the assistant director is Peter Tiholov. The exquisite costumes are the result of the creative scope of the late Tsvetanka Petkova-Stoynova, who took care of the hand-attaching of each of the Swarovski stones to the aesthetically pleasing stage costumes of the ballet dancers. The impressive scenography, transporting the spectators to the magnificent royal court and to the mystical scenes by the lake, is the work of the renowned master of scenography Ivan Tokadzhiev. It is no coincidence that Prof. Mehmedov's production is considered to be the most beautiful production of the immortal ballet classics on the native stage. Blue has been chosen as the main color of the decor. In some of the scenes, multimedia is used, which is an additional emotional and semantic elements of the overall suggestion.
Along with the characters of the White and Black Swan / Odette and Odilia /, which includes the young, beautiful, talented, carrying a huge creative charge prima ballerina of the Burgas Opera Ivanina Ivanova, the images of Prince Siegfried, who falls in love with Odette, come to life, noticing her. on the shore of the lake, is the brilliant prime minister-ballet dancer Emil Yordanov, as well as the evil magician Rothbart, performed by Teodor Tsakov, who cursed Odette and her friends with a cruel tragedy - during the day to turn into noble beautiful birds, and only after sunset sun they again assume a human image. The characteristic image of the Jester is recreated by Daniel Tichkov. The princess, Siegfried's mother, is performed by Elena Georgieva. Svetlan Nikolov takes on the role of Wolfgang. The performance is also attended by: Polina Ivanova, Yana Berduta, Gergana Georgieva, Iva Ovcharova, Sabina Koseva, Ivana Fialkovska, Patricia Soares, Iva Ovcharova, Anelia Ivanova, Bianca-Helen Giovanelli, Natalie Georgieva. Tchaikovsky's immortal classic in four acts, Swan Lake, is thought to be watched at least once in a lifetime. The fabulous plot, exciting music, and stunning costumes manage to hold the attention of even the youngest viewers. As the ballet work has been reworked over the years, the ending is performed differently, with the outcome being either happy or dramatic. In one version, the lake engulfs lovers on their way to the afterlife, and in the second end, he is happy - Siegfried defeats the evil wizard and frees his beloved Odette from magic. In Prof. Mehmedov's interpretation, the radiant forces of the Good are fundamental…
The artists from the ensemble of the ballet troupe of the State Opera - Burgas, who build the large-scale common stages with a professional sense and enviable synchrony, also take part in the impressive ballet performance.
