Another exciting, bright, colorful, brilliant, and sensory-grabbing musical stage gem was created on the stage of Burgas State Opera with the ballet extravaganza SLWEEPING BEAUTY.

Congratulations to all - devoted to the beautiful music and fabulous narration of the enchanting ballet idyll to the music of Tchaikovsky and directed by Prof. Hikmet Mehmedov!

Magnificent - technically stable and radiating stage charm and artistry were the soloists: the elegant and charming Ilina Konstantinova - Avrira, and Haru Nakagawa - with an impressive debut in the role of Prince Desire, Laia Ramon - in the gentle image of the Lilac Fairy, Yana Berduta - in the whirlwind role of the Carabosse Fairy, and all the magnificent soloists and artists of the ensemble, who painted with their bodies an unforgettable and exciting musical and stage magical reality!

In the other main roles, ethereal and stable in their performance were Giulia Lezzi and Daniel Tichkov, in the beautiful tandem "Blue Bird". Funny, playful, and artistic in the duet Little Red Riding Hood - The Wolf were Raphaela-Maria Kühl and Kiril Filipov. In the exquisite etude
"Puss in Boots" Raya Chakarova, and Teodor Tsakov performed with charm and impressive flexibility.
All the magical creatures from the Lilac Fairy's retinue were wonderful: Fairy Tenderness - Julia Letsi, Fairy Fertility - Polina Pasha, Fairy Generosity - Gery Kozarova, Fairy Carelessness - Rafaela-Maria Küll
Fairy Courage - Raya Chakarova.
The Cavaliers: Teodor Tsakov, Daniel Tichkov, Kiril Filipov, and Patrick Gill had impeccable stage presence.
King Florestan - Naiden Naidenov and Queen - Maria Gabarova exuded aristocratic beauty.
The characteristic image of Katalabyut - performed by Stoyan Fartunov Stoqn Fartunov was bright and funny.
In the staged lavish fairy tale, told through the means of ballet art, the overall brilliance of the stage on February 16 was complemented by artists from the ensemble of the Burgas Opera. The retinue of Fairy Lilac will include: Andrea Sotirova, Kalina Nedelcheva, Bianca Helen Giovannelli, Gergana Georgieva, Ivana Fialkovska, and Anna Pasello.
As Little Maids of Honor danced: Kalina Nedelcheva, Rafaela-Maria Küll, Andrea Sotirova, and Anna Pasello. As Big Maids of Honor appeared on the stage: Raya Chakarova, Gergana Georgieva, Bianca-Helen Giovanell,i and Polina Pasha. Magical Nereids were: Gergana Georgieva, Bianca-Helen Giovanelli, Polina Pasha, Gergana Kozarova, Andrea Sotirova, Kalina Nedelcheva, Raya Chakarova, and Anna Pasello. The elegant Mazurka was performed by: Bianca-Helen Giovanelli, Andrea Sotirova, Gergana Kozarova, Gergana Georgieva, Shun Kawafune, and Patrick Gill.
Graduates of the ballet classes of NUMSI "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" Burgas also took part in the large-scale performance, as the dark forces from the retinue of Fairy Carabosse.
Students from the Music School were also present in the hall, as an emotional audience.
