21 july 2026 The Concert "One World" filled The Hall of Expo Center Flora

The final applause of the vocal chamber concert "One World" at the Flora Burgas Exhibition Center this evening was prolonged and enthusiastic, in which three sophisticated ladies, who combined mind, talent, intellect, charm, flair and attitude - both to the musical text and to the audience, for whom the hall turned out to be too narrow: Nona Krastnikova - soprano, Maria Yurkovskaya - mezzo-soprano, and Yana Marinova - piano, presented the world of human feelings and their hidden cries and emotional peaks - identical for every nationality, race, religion, age.

This concept was unobtrusively presented through the presence of two singers of different nationalities, a pianist who lived and performed in Germany for many years, and a selection of works by French and Russian composers. An original solution, fully synchronized with the script, was the performance of "Joan's Aria" from the opera "The Maid of Orleans" by Tchaikovsky - simultaneously in French /Nona Krastnikova/ and Russian /Maria Yurkovskaya/, as well as the performances in Russian by the soprano Nona Krastnikova, and in French - by the Russian-speaking mezzo-soprano.

Pianist Yana Marinova was impeccable - both in terms of balanced tonal extraction, corresponding to the character and messages of the works, and in terms of skillfully constructed dynamics, and in terms of participation in the script - as a narrator.

The chamber format, implying a sophisticated cozy space for sharing identical musical and aesthetic tastes, has become an expanded form of communication between kindred spirits - since all the chairs in the so-called "Glass Hall" at the Flora Expo Center were unable to gather everyone who wanted to experience the event. The hosts kindly provided additional chairs so that all the audience could become part of a concert at the highest level - both in terms of the selection of the program, and in terms of the philosophical and literary shaping of the text, leading the logical thread of the individual performances, and in terms of the complex qualities of the three talented ladies, and in terms of the emotional context, and in terms of the presentation - both stylish and bright, and with the necessary measure, characteristic of the undisputed class.

Last but not least, it should be noted that, in addition to being in intellectual and emotional sync, the three ladies were also visually in one tone - in gentle pastel tones, appropriate to the specifics and messages of the performed works. Quite a few colleagues from the Burgas Opera were also noticed in the audience, which is a good sign of collegiality and respect for the art created by their partners on stage and in the rehearsal halls. After the concert, there were flowers, shared smiles, and photos for remembrance, and a promise of new concerts under the motto "One World", combining the polyphony of the aspirations of different human beings, united by the common denominator of art and the messages of the soul.

Congratulations - for the beautiful realization of the wonderful conceptual scenario of Nona Krastnikova, which touched the attendees, who held their breath, listening to the rhythm of their own hearts. Certainly throbbing in the same rhythm and vibration as the others...
