12 october 2022 A Enthusiastic Audience At the "Evening of French Music"

An expected high performance level and an unexpectedly large audience, for which additional chairs were needed in the lobby of the Burgas State Opera - this is the shortest summary of the magnificent EVENING OF FRENCH MUSIC.
Under the sign of aristocracy, incomparable French finesse, subtle nuances of expressed feelings, refined poetic and musical expression, presented through the filigree performance skills of all the soloists and their brilliant partnering pianist, the first chamber concert for the Season 2022/2023 for the Burgas Cultural Institute took place.
The overcrowded space of the lobby was proof of the connoisseurs' interest in such musical-scenic formats, in which each of the soloists presents himself to an optimal degree in his characteristic naturel and freely unfolds his vocal qualities.
After each of the performances, the attendees rewarded the brilliant soloists of the Burgas Opera with well-deserved and thunderous applause: the sopranos Liudmila Mihailova, Maria Tsvetkova-Madzharova, Maria Tsvetkova-Madzharova and Nona Krastnikova Nona Krastnikova, the mezzo-soprano Daniela Diakova, the tenors Andreya Mirchev - with impressive debut on the Burgas stage, and Yani Nikolov Yani Nikolov, baritone Branimir Nedkov Branimir Nedkov, bass Kostadin Mechkov Kostadin Mechkov and pianist Iliana Todorova, who for an hour and a half was impeccable at the piano in the interpretation of the complex piano parts, being an equal participant in the sophisticated chamber concerto.
At the end of the concert, the traditional basket of flowers was announced on behalf of the Mayor of Burgas Municipality, Dimitar Nikolov, with which the event was honored.
On behalf of friends of Andrey Mirchev, a colorful greeting was presented for the wonderful first appearance on our stage of the new soloist of the Opera, who is only 23 years old, but makes a serious request for the big stage.
