17 february 2026 Great Success with "Sleeping Beauty" in Sliven

After the successful performance of SLEEPING BEAUTY with a large audience in the hall of the Burgas State Opera, the next day the ballet troupe visited the city of Sliven.
"All the artists performed very well - steadily and inspired, the audience was emotional and sent the troupe off with stormy applause, and after the performance many of those present in the Theater hall wanted to take pictures with the ballet dancers, get their autographs and congratulate them for the wonderful performance," said Galina Kalcheva, ballet tutor of the Burgas Opera, after the performance on the Sliven stage.

In the staged lavish tale, told through the means of ballet art, the overall brilliance of the stage on February 17 was complemented by artists from the ensemble of the Burgas Opera. In the retinue of the Fairy Lilac were: Andrea Sotirova, Kalina Nedelcheva, Bianca Helen Giovannelli, Gergana Georgieva, Ivana Fialkovska, Ivana Milanova Fialkovska, and Anna Pasello.
As Little Maids of Honor danced: Kalina Nedelcheva, Rafaela-Maria Küll, Andrea Sotirova, and Anna Pasello. As Grand Maids of Honor, the following came on stage: Raya Chakarova, Gergana Georgieva, Bianca-Helen Giovanell,i and Polina Pasha. Magical Nereids were: Gergana Georgieva, Bianca-Helen Giovanelli, Polina Pasha, Gergana Kozarova, Andrea Sotirova, Kalina Nedelcheva, Raya Chakarova, and Anna Pasello. In the elegant Mazurka, the following performed: Bianca-Helen Giovanelli, Andrea Sotirova, Gergana Kozarova, Gergana Georgieva, Shun Kawafun,e and Patrick Gill.
