19 opera singers from 7 countries / at the request of over 30, but many young performers did not appear at the competition due to illness - unfortunately, the season implies such unpleasant surprises / performed today at the I round of the II NATIONAL COMPETITION FOR OPERA SINGERS " STOYAN POPOV" in the hall of the Burgas State Opera.
High vocal prowess, a precisely selected program in accordance with the regulations, respect for the jury, the cultural institute, and the significance of the event were shown by all the young opera singers - with behavior, attitude, and appearance maintained according to the requirements.
We wish success to those admitted to the II round, which will be held tomorrow, October 19, Thursday, at 12 noon in the Opera Hall. Entrance is free.
