Immediately after the official awarding of the soloist of the ballet troupe of the Burgas State Opera, Teodor Tsakov, at the official cocktail of the mayor of Burgas Municipality - Mr. Dimitar Nikolov, on the occasion of the upcoming holiday on May 24, in the Opera hall, in a completely different context, another significant event provided great excitement to those present with Giuseppe Verdi's masterpiece RIGOLETO / RIGOLETTO.

A magnificent performance combining the genius music of Verdi, dramaturgy revealing the entire palette of human passions, and the masterful direction of Assoc. Dr. Alexander Tekeliev, the exceptional singer who experienced every tone and phrase, weaving it into the overall sound of the tragic story, was created tonight, under the baton of maestro Dimitar Kosev.
Admirations for soloists, orchestra, and choir - all played a memorable performance, touching the senses, shaking and provoking deep thought - about true values, about the fickleness of feelings, about the power of fate cards, rearranging human destinies...
