22 february 2023 Joy For Students From "A.Strashimirov" With "Patilantsi"

Today, February 22nd, the hall of the Burgas State Opera was once again full of children - students from the primary classes of "Anton Strashimirov" Elementary School - Burgas. The students followed - with attention and violently expressed emotions, the musical by Alexander Yossifov "Patilantsi".
The children's musical performance, based on Ran Bosilek's well-known and beloved book "Kingdom of Patilan" /libretto - Bancho Banov/, once again turned into a celebration for the audience, created by the artists of the Burgas Opera, together with the sympathetic audience in the hall.
Both the children and their teachers experienced the entertaining stories of Baba Tsotsolana, Patilancho, and the glorious Patilan retinue - Gana, Dana, Gancho, and Dancho, complete with the resourceful dog Tiger, who finds lost things on the trail.
The funny stories that we, the adults, grew up with, and now continue to excite modern children, alternated dynamically on the stage.
All the characters, together with the dog Tiger, created a merry commotion that ended happily for everyone.
In the adventures of Patilancho and his group, Uncle Gogo, who plays the guitar and handles a rifle expertly, also participated. In the end, the smart dog Tiger turns out to be a hero – he found the "lost" bag of Grandma Tsotsolana /hidden cleverly by the Patilans/. Thus, Tiger received a well-deserved right to stay at home, and Baba Tsotsolana was promoted to a full member of the team from Patilanchov.
The conductor-producer of the cheerful children's performance is Yordan Dafov, the direction is by Darina Glavanakova-Bakardzhieva, the scenography is by Ivan Tokadzhiev, the dances are by Galina Kalcheva, the assistant directors are Lina Peeva and Petar Tiholov.
Today the children had fun:
Magdalena Georgieva Magi Wall - as Baba Tsotsolana, proclaimed as Baba Patilana, Darina Zaprianova  - in the role of Aunt Stanislava, who makes delicious cakes; Diman Panchev – as Uncle Gogo, the barber whose hobby is playing the same tune on the guitar; Chicho Strati – Alexander Perperiev, Patilachno – Branimir Nedkov, Vesela Apostolova  – Dana, Stefka Hristozova  – Gana /debut/, Milen Dinolov – Dancho, Miroslav Dimitrov – Gancho.
Artists from the ballet of the State Opera - Burgas took part in the musical. Of course, special participation took place - again, dog Laura, who was a full-fledged artist on the stage and was wildly applauded by the children's audience.
