Despite the not particularly flattering weather of the spring that has already arrived, there is always time and space for good thoughts and events. On March 25, Monday, at 7 p.m. in the hall of the Burgas Opera House, the Burgas Cultural Institute has prepared a delightful concert for its loyal fans, entitled "Love Story". With their artistic presence, personal charm, and professionalism, the soloists will shine on the stage of the Burgas Opera: soprano Nona Krastnikova and tenor Yani Nikolov.

The concert performance on Monday will be under the baton of Maestro Deyan Pavlov, who successfully conducted another exciting project of the State Opera - Burgas - "A Tale for Two", with Edelina Kaneva and Orlin Goranov, triumphantly passing through various stages in Bulgaria - the last concerts were at full halls in Shumen and Lukovit. Maestro Pavlov was also behind the conductor's desk of the operetta by Johann Strauss-son and "Gypsy Baron", whose performances - on the stage of the Summer Theater in Burgas - in the summer of 2023, as well as in the Opera hall, were held with great interest and full halls. The main roles were played by Nona Krastnikova and Yani Nikolov, who a few days ago made their successful debut in another operetta titled by Strauss-son - "Blood of Vienna", also under the baton of Deyan Pavlov, again to a full house at the Burgas Opera House.

It is expected that on March 25, led by maestro Pavlov, the soloists and the orchestra of the State Opera - Burgas, with concertmaster Hristo Belchev, will create the aesthetic appearance of the exciting concert performance "Love Story". The guests of the event will be transported to the romantic years of the most beloved French films, bearing a refined attitude to the "things of life" and the relationship between a man and a woman, such as are almost non-existent in modern pragmatic realities.

The wonderful soloists of the Burgas Opera, Nona Krastnikova and Yani Nikolov, who perform flawlessly both in opera and opera titles, as well as in chamber concerts, will conquer the audience with the beautiful-emotional sonority and melody of the French language, which is not coincidentally crowned as the "language love's". They will sculpt a musical-verbal beauty that will be imprinted in the emotional memory of those who have experienced the messages of "Love Story".

Under the emotional baton of maestro Deyan Pavlov, the beautiful melody, the tender sensuality, the lyrical soul shades, and the sophisticated attitude towards the relationship between man and woman, subordinated to the romantic approach of the music from the "golden years" of French cinema, will sound - with unique finesse, mastery and emotional commitment. The orchestral accompaniment and the solo instrumental performances of the musicians will be under the sign of a stylish, dense sound, at times - ethereal, with an element of banter, at other times - in the nostalgic messages of the French chanson. The orchestra builds the musical scores with impressive dynamics and professionalism. Maestro Deyan Pavlov is distinguished by a fresh presence and makes direct contact with the audience - originally and unobtrusively.

It is an unwritten maxim that not only the professionalism of the performers in a concert program but also the general atmosphere and spark between audience and artists is a guarantee of that general elation that could not be imitated or evoked in any way other than a pure sample of art.

The love of the two soloists for French culture is palpable - this is evident from their perfect pronunciation of the lyrics of the "language of love", for which French is not accidentally crowned. An irreplaceable part of the beautiful melody of the scores is the two pianists - Daria Krasteva and Nina Reichel. The presenter of the exciting concert evening - both as a presence on the stage and as a voice "behind the scenes" - will be Petar Tiholov.
