The third event of the 2022/2023 Season, after the performance of The Barber of Seville and the premiere of the concert performance The Golden Songs from The Golden Orpheus, is the Vocal Chamber Concert "An Evening of French Music" - on Wednesday, October 12, from 19:00 in the lobby of the Opera House.

In the nuances and tonality of the refined French taste, finesse, aristocracy and inimitable boutique style, the program will feature works by French composers: Edouard Lalot, Georges Bizet, Camille Saint-Saëns, Charles Gounod, Gabriel Fauré, Claude Debussy, Ernest Chausson, etc. . The beautiful melody of French music will be presented by the soloists of the State Opera - Burgas: the sopranos Lyudmila Mihailova, Maria Tsvetkova-Madjarova and Nona Krastnikova, the mezzo-soprano Daniela Dyakova, the tenors Andreya Mirchev and Yani Nikolov, the baritone Branimir Nedkov, the bass Kostadin Mechkov, accompanied by the pianist on the piano Iliana Todorova. For the young tenor Andrey Mirchev, the upcoming concert is the first event in which he will sing as a soloist on the Burgas stage - we wish him a successful debut and exciting stage incarnations in Burgas Opera performances!

French culture, worldview, way of thinking and perceptions of the world, relationships and art are characterized by incomparable finesse, refined manners, grace and aristocracy. For the audience of the Vocal Chamber Concert, a charming selection of works has been prepared, which will be performed - with a charm, lightness and subtle nuances of feeling relevant to the French culture and worldview, and will sculpt an exquisite musical evening on the wave of the French style, which is synonymous with a visibly restrained emotion, fragile, but at the same time - containing a huge implicit charge.

On October 12, treat yourself to a musical evening full of beautiful melodies and messages!
