03 november 2026 Southern Passion and a Wonderful Atmosphere at "Latino Pulse" at

A cold, rainy autumn evening was warmed—infused with passion, charged with southern rhythms, stirring music, and beautifully presented choreography—during the concert-spectacle *LATINO PULSE*, conducted by Maestro Svilen Simeonov at the State Opera Burgas.
The soloist—violinist Ralitsa Kondakchieva—the musicians of the Burgas Opera Orchestra (led by concertmaster Hristo Belchev), and the artists of the Opera’s ballet troupe (performing the delightful choreography of Marina Zmeeva-Markova) all wove together an emotional tapestry, creating a thrilling and stylish experience.

Maestro Simeonov, who also created the arrangements and the script, served as the host, guiding the audience through the distinct character of each piece, rooted in Latin culture and the vibrant, spirited temperament of the South.
Expressing his gratitude to the enthusiastic audience for their spontaneous reactions and thunderous applause, he announced his next project for the Burgas stage: a *Strauss Gala* titled "Dance with Us"—featuring the Burgas Opera Orchestra and ballet—taking place on December 18th at the Opera House.

The event was honored with a traditional basket of flowers sent on behalf of the Mayor of the Municipality of Burgas, Mr. Dimitar Nikolov.
